Responsibilities

■業務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
BSSとOSSは専門性に応じてどちらか片方または両方を担当いただきます※事業の拡張により内容も変化します。

（1）BSS技術開発のリード

• Universal NTNのBSS（Business Support Systems）技術開発プロジェクト全体の計画策定、実行、進捗管理
• BSSに関する技術要件の定義、設計、構築、実装、検証プロセス全般の監督
• 顧客管理、課金、収益管理、CRMなどのBSS機能の開発および最適化

（2）OSS技術開発のリード

• Universal NTNのOSS（Operations Support Systems）技術開発プロジェクト全体の計画策定、実行、進捗管理
• OSSに関する技術要件の定義、設計、構築、実装、検証プロセス全般の監督
• ネットワーク管理、サービスプロビジョニング、障害管理、パフォーマンス管理などのOSS機能の開発および最適化

（3）ベンダー管理

• ベンダー選定、契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理
• ベンダーとの技術的な打ち合わせや調整、問題解決

（4）技術開発および実装

• BSS／OSS関連ソリューションの開発、最適化、テストの指導
• 最新技術の導入と適用、パフォーマンス評価およびベンチマークテストの実施

（5）プロジェクトの進捗報告およびコミュニケーション

• プロジェクトの進捗状況を経営層やステークホルダーに定期的に報告
• プロジェクトに関する会議の運営、ドキュメント作成、プレゼンテーションの実施

Requirements

■必須条件：

• BSS／OSSの商用化開発（要件定義・設計・構築・実装・検証等）実務経験5年以上
• ベンダー管理含むプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• BSSまたはOSSに関する深い知識と経験
• 優れたプロジェクト管理スキル、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力を活かして業務に取組める方
• 高い問題解決能力と意思決定能力
• ビジネス英語力（海外ベンダー・パートナー企業との交渉・調整が可能なレベル）
