Responsibilities

• 財務領域における経営判断ならびに業務の円滑な遂行の支援を通じて企業価値を持続的に向上させるために、鉄道ビジネスの事業方針に基づき、財務戦略／経営計画とりまとめ、制度決算等、一連の業務を遂行する。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 財務業務全般の体系的な知識 （財務としてのご担当業務は不問ですが、特に財務戦略の知識をお持ちの方は歓迎致します）
• 管理職もしくはマネジメントポジションでの業務経験（マネジメントされた人数は不問です）
• 日商簿記検定2級相当の知識
• TOEIC（R）テスト650点程度の英語力（日常会話に支障のないレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 制度会計に従事した経験
• 経営改革推進の経験
