Responsibilities

• 光学薄膜のUV転写を用いたプロセス開発及び導入
•   量産機の仕様検討及び導入
• UV硬化型樹脂の配合組成開発及び物性評価（光学・力学等）
• 製品の顧客スペックインや技術対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 接着剤等樹脂材料を扱った製品開発経験
• 製品の顧客スペックインや技術対応経験

歓迎条件：

• 光学特性評価に関する知識
• 光学レンズ設計スキル、UV転写スキル、光学設計の経験
• 新しい製品の立ち上げ経験
• 英語での読み書き、会話が可能な方
