Responsibilities

• 最先端露光装置部材の量産を見据えた製法確立
• 開発品の成膜プロセス検討（成膜条件、材料等の開発）
• 試作品の解析
• コンサル、大学との打ち合わせ
• 導入設備の検討
• 量産プロセスの立上

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれかに当てはまる経験をお持ちの方

• 【業界】半導体デバイスメーカー、MEMSメーカー、半導体製造装置メーカー、電子部品メーカーなど
• 【職種】プロセス開発、製造技術、製品開発、製品設計
