Responsibilities

• CEO室長とともに、経営企画機能の強化に向け、各種施策の企画・推進をリードいただきます。
• 経営戦略／予算立案、予実管理、KPI管理、各種分析
• インオーガニック施策（M&Aやアライアンス）の企画・推進
• 中期経営計画のプロアクティブな進捗管理
• 経営会議の運営 等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下いずれかに該当する方
  • 事業会社で経営企画部門に所属し、中期経営計画や予算策定、予実管理の実務経験3年以上
  • コンサルティングファームや金融機関での経営計画策定支援等の実務経験3年以上

歓迎条件：

• 会計、ファイナンス、契約交渉に関する知識・実務経験
• スタートアップ、IT企業における経営企画業務、またはこれらの会社に対するアドバイザー経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル

8.5 - 14 million yen
