Responsibilities

業務内容：

• ビジネスサイドとの企画・要件確認、アーキテクチャの検討からプロダクト実装（アジャイル開発/スクラム）を短期サイクル（３～4か月程度）で行っていきます。
• 将来的には中～大規模のプロダクト開発も行っていく予定です。
• 現在、事業の業務効率化、課題解決に向けたソリューションをアジャイルに開発しており、この開発をテックリードとしてリードいただく業務を想定しています。
• 業務の流れ
  • ビジネス部門のユーザーと一体となったスクラム体制で、企画から始まり、現場のプロセス整理、ソリューションの選定、そして実装ご経験に応じてすべてのプロセスに携わっていただくことも可能です。
  • 着任当初はご自身の得意領域で力を振るって頂き、徐々に経験を広げていただくことも可能です。
• 開発環境
  • 一般的に標準的なモダンな開発環境を導入しています（IaC 、 CI/CD 、 Docker 、テスト自動化）
  • 言語・フレームワーク：React/ Python（Django）

Requirements

必須要件：

• フロントエンドからバックエンドまで一貫して実装・運用した経験：目安5年程度
• 要件定義、設計のご経験
• AWS、Azure、GCPなどのクラウドサービスを利用した開発経験

歓迎要件：

• アジャイル開発経験、スクラム経験
• その他、データベース構築など複数の実務経験
• IaC、コンテナ、CI/CD等のモダンな技術を使用した開発経験
• ソリューションの技術選定などの意志決定に関わった経験
• 上流工程やマネジメントの経験をお持ちの方
