We provide up-to-date news and topics of interest to users by providing individually customized topics and information of interest to them. we utilize AI technology to analyze user preferences and behavior to provide more personalized content. The company also assists advertisers in developing target-oriented advertisements to achieve effective marketing. Our mission is to provide value to both users and advertisers through information filtering and effective information dissemination.

Responsibilities

• ガバナンスとコンプライアンス
  • 会社法やSOX法などの規制に準拠するための包括的なガバナンスフレームワークの構築、維持、更新を担っていただきます。これには、取締役会や株主総会などの重要会議の運営サポートを含みます。
• 経営効率化
  • ビジネス目標を効率的に達成するために、コーポレート観点から経営サイクルの推進と改善を担っていただきます。これには、経営陣含む様々な関係者との調整、スケジュール管理、経営会議や重要イベントに関しコーポレート観点からのアジェンダを提案することを含みます。
• 定型的プロジェクト
  • 新規子会社の設立やIPO関連活動など、非定型的なコーポレートプロジェクトをリードいただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• いずれも必須
  • 事業会社での経営企画または法務
  • 総務業務として重要会議体の運営経験をお持ちの方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力  

歓迎条件：

• コンサルティングファームまたは事業会社の経営企画部門において、クライアントや自社の経営に係る意思決定構造の改革プロジェクトなどを複数主導した経験
• 経営陣と直接連携しつつガバナンス関連対応を行った経験
• 取締役会・株主総会の事務局
