Responsibilities

• 品質管理部に所属し、以下業務を行います。
  • 国内外工場の品質改善活動の推進(再発防止、未然防止活動、品質ロス削減)
  • 同社グループ全体の顧客クレーム状況の管理
  • 品質問題発生時、原因/対策の確認と他工場への展開
  • 各工場からの品質データの取りまとめと、改善策検討
  • メール中心ですが、海外工場と英語でのやりとりがあります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 品質に関わる経験が10年以上あり、下記スキルをお持ちの方
• 車載部品メーカーにおける品質保証または品質管理の経験
• 英語による海外拠点とのコミュニケーション(目安としてTOEIC650点以上)
• 品質マネジメントシステムに関する知識(IATF16949要求事項、VDA6.3要求事項など)
• 工場での勤務経験
• 機械系または電気電子系の知識(モータ関連業務経験者歓迎)
• 海外駐在経験
