Responsibilities

• 発注業務（専用のシステムを使用した発注業務）
• 戦略策定（新規取引先の開拓及び部品調達戦略の策定業務）
• 交渉業務（より良い条件で調達するための仕入れ先との交渉業務）
• その他上記に伴う社内外の調整
• 英語を使う業務（英語での資料作成、メール等）

Requirements

• 原因究明と問題解決の能力を有する事
• リーダーシップ能力
• ネゴシエーション能力
• マネジメント（計画立案・関係者との調整・情報収集等）
• 様々な相手との円滑なコミュニケーションスキルを有すること
• PC（オフィスアプリケーション）を使いこなすことができること
• 流暢な日本語

尚可:

• 英語、中国語（担当品目により使用頻度が変化しますが、相談可能です）
• 調達・購買業務の経験 5 年以上（工場における経験だと尚可）
