Responsibilities

• 社内システム統合戦略の立案・推進
• 人事、財務、総務、法務など各バックオフィスドメインのシステム統合
• 認証認可基盤の開発・運用
• 社内データ連携基盤の開発・運用
• グループウェア等のコミュニケーションツールの運用・強化
• デバイスマネジメント、IT資産管理の改善立案、施策推進
• 日本・海外子会社／関連会社とのコラボレーション
• 各CxO組織と連携し、会社の重要課題の対応

Requirements

• ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトライフサイクルの一通りのマネジメント経験（スケジューリング、リソースマネジメント、タスクマネジメント、品質マネジメント、リスクマネジメント、ステークホルダーマネジメントなど）
• ソフトウェアシステムの開発・構築経験
• プロジェクト全体を俯瞰し、課題を見極め、率先して関係者を巻き込んで解決し、プロジェクトを完了まで導くことができるスキル
• サーバーやネットワークの基礎知識
