Our client operates the credit card business for a leading Japanese e-commerce firm and is one of Japan’s largest issuers of credit cards. Our client brings together the strengths of major credit card firms and is renowned for its status in the Japanese world of e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Mission:
The mission is to materialize requests for improvement of existing systems and mechanisms for new products and services from each department.You will be responsible for creating roadmaps and KGI/KPIs for services and products, negotiating and discussing with internal and external stakeholders to realize them, and managing to achieve service and product goals.As a product manager, you will collaborate with each stakeholder and contribute to the growth of the product, sales and business performance, and improvement of convenience.Based on your preference and suitability, you will be responsible for one of the following tasks.
Main responsibilities:

• Sett KGI/KPI for products/services, and reset/adjust them according to the situation
  • Create and adjust roadmaps for products/services
  • Review and provide feedback regarding requests for addition of functions and modifications to products/services
• Analyze data on products/services
• Provide reports of analysis results to stakeholders
• Share areas for improvement in products/services
• Reflect results in the roadmap and KGI/KPI as necessary

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing products and services (BtoC/BtoB, internal systems, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience as a software engineer (or designer)
• Experience in Agile development (understands the Scrum framework, its application areas, rules, roles, events, and deliverables)
• Understands project management concepts (scope/schedule/budget/quality)
• Experience using project management tools (JIRA / Confluence, Slack, Trello, Clarizen, Teamwork, etc.)
• Ability to quickly communicate information through appropriate means
