Company overview

We are a company that designs, manufactures and markets apparel products in Japan. We also develop our own brand licensing business. We have introduced well-known American apparel brands to Japan and are developing a high-quality underwear, casual wear, and legwear business. We are also expanding our plus-size women's brands and intimate apparel business. In the Japanese market, we manufacture and distribute various brands through licensing agreements to strengthen our presence in the industry. We are also expanding and redirecting our business by coordinating partnerships and licensing business.

Responsibilities

ビジネスプランニングとファイナンシャル・プランニングで主役を務めるポジションです。
業務内容：

• 予算損益(長期計画、 年度予算、 ローリングフォーキャスト)、 在庫残高/回転率
• 月次ビジネス (セルイン・セルスルーを含む) レビュー、 分析、レポートの作成
• その他、現地経営陣および本部から要請された、 臨時の事業レビュー、 分析、 洞察、予測
• 毎月の買物客追跡調査、 業界公開データの分析、 洞察の導き出し
• 必要に応じて、その他の特別な調査や分析を行う。

Requirements

必須要件：

• ５年以上の経営企画戦略業務経験
• ５年以上のFP＆A業務経験
• アパレル・スポーツカジュアルファッション業界に精通
• 仕事の主な責任を遂行するために必要な能力または行動特性

7.35 - 8 million yen
