Responsibilities

• 新規バイオロジクス開発や新規創薬技術開発におけるタンパク質分析ならびに新規分析技術の確立

Requirements

必須条件:

• タンパク質工学、抗体工学研究ならびにその理化学的分析の経験5年以上（アカデミアor企業不問）
• タンパク質の安定性や相互作用の理解深耕のために新規分析法の立ち上げや分析手法の改良を実行し成果に繋げた経験
• 医学、薬学、理学、工学系修士卒以上（できれば博士号）
• タンパク質科学、生物物理学の知識を持ち、各種測定装置の分析原理に精通していること

• 与えられた課題の難易度に依らず常に高い当事者意識と責任感を持って業務を遂行し成果を得ることができる
• 目の前の課題を俯瞰的に捉えて多様な関係者とインクルーシブに議論を行うことで、自身の貢献範囲を広げている
• 新たな分析技術の開発や導入、現状改善のアイディア提案に継続的に取り組み、自身のみではなく組織全体の技術力向上に貢献する
