以下のような業務を行っていただく想定をしております。
- ”IT×テクノロジー×はたらく”というテーマの新規サービス・プロダクトの企画（0→1、1→100ともに）
- 複数あるPJのマネジメント（企画構想フェーズから、実証実験フェーズ、グロースフェーズなど、PJのフェーズは様々）
- 開発メンバーのフォロー、育成、マネジメント
- ビジネスメンバーと開発メンバーの橋渡し
- Requirements

■必須条件：以下のような経験をお持ちの方
- 5名以上のIT関連のプロジェクト管理経験
- 複数プロジェクトを同時進行で管理するマルチタスク対応能力
- 国内外のIT/technologyに関するトレンドへの関心が高く、業務に活かせる方
- 社内外の調整・交渉業務を積極的・主体的に対応いただける方
