Responsibilities

医療業界を担当する専門チームで、該当業界に対する幅広い知識、経験を活かし、クライアントが抱えるさまざまな経営課題やニーズに対し、事業戦略や解決策の提案から実行支援までを行います。

■担当業界：
企業（製薬企業、医療機器メーカー、金融機関、新規参入企業など）、医療法人、自治体等となります。

■担当領域：
戦略策定（新規事業開拓・事業構造転換・M&A）から実行支援（組織構造、業務プロセス、人材構造、情報システムなど）まで、同社国内外の様々な専門領域を持つメンバーと連携し、クロスボーダー、クロスソリューションのプロジェクトや提案活動を推進します。 

Requirements

以下いずれかに該当する方

• 医療･製薬・医療機器業界での業務経験者
• エンジニア経験者(医療･製薬業界･SCM･会計･人事領域の業務知識)
• コンサルティングファーム出身者

■歓迎条件

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 650点）
