Responsibilities

• サプライヤとの取引に於けるリスクの低減、TDK資材活動のコンプライアンス推進
• 取引先の与信などに関わるリスク調査、管理
• 基本取引契約書の締結支援
• 内部購買監査
• 下請法などの関連法規の遵守推進

Requirements

• 資材部門（または法務部門）における実務経験および海外での勤務経験
• 下請法、コンプライアンス管理に精通していることが望ましい。
