Responsibilities

• To introduce highly efficient logistics MHE with innovative ideas
• To maintain quality of MHE by preserving logistics MHE in cooperation with partner companies in Japan and overseas
• To dramatically increase operation efficiency by introducing advanced equipment such as robotics and labor saving equipment
• To lead engineering projects with other departments such as operations and IT
• To create MHE standard work procedure documents and to train operation members according to safety / quality / productivity standards

Requirements

• Experience of improvement regardless of contents.
• Skill to quantitatively calculate post-improvement assumptions and logically work on tasks
• External negotiations such as specification / schedule / price with business partners
• To act proactively and communicate smoothly

Preferred Qualifications:

• To understand the flow of things and information and create / design with new ideas
• Ability to roughly understand the structure of the system
• Project promotion experience
• Experience in managing subordinate members as leaders
• To negotiate / communicate through English
