Responsibilities

• カスタマーサービスチームの一員として顧客への最良のサービスの提供。
• 商品の受注からデリバリー手配、請求書発行・送付までに関わる一連の業務。
• 他部署との連携及びサポート業務。

業務詳細：

• 顧客からのオーダー受注、デリバリー及び在庫管理、請求関連業務（納品書、請求書発行）、クレーム対応
• Credit Note／Debit Noteの作成、送付
• 業務上必要なSAP処理、SAPからの各種レポート作成
• Excel、Wordを使用した各種文書作成
• 顧客サービスに関連する、他部署との連携及びサポート
• 庶務業務（来客対応、郵便物の発送／配布等、お茶出し）、会議やイベントのための部屋、食事、備品などの予約や手配

Requirements

• 営業事務経験3年以上

歓迎条件：

• SAP R3の使用経験
• 外資系企業での勤務経験
