Responsibilities

• 海外赴任ポリシー策定、オペレーション落とし込み時の、税務リスクレビュー
• チームマネジメント、人材育成、評価、勤怠管理
• 海外赴任者の給与・税務管理、海外法人への請求・債権管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外人事業務（Mobility、海外給与・税務）に携わったことがある　または　債権債務に関わる管理および実務経験（請求書の発行、支払、関連する勘定科目の仕訳計上）
• チームのリーダーとして下位者をマネージした経験がある
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（emailや電話で問題なく意思疎通できるレベル）
