Responsibilities

■業務内容：
テクニカルサポート担当として以下業務をお任せします。

日本およびアジア地域（韓国/インド）の建機メーカー向け総合窓口として、マシンコントロール製品の工場装着、および、OEM製品の技術的な相談窓口

• 海外（オーストラリア、ロシア、アメリカ等）のマシンコントロール製品の企画・技術部門と協業した技術的対応を実施
  
  • 具体的には、 同社器材装着検討/ 当社器材装着実施/技術的な問い合わせ対応/技術資料作成（構成表作成、装着要領書作成、図面作成等）/各種レポートの作成など
  
  
• 将来的な新規開発への参画
• 建機メーカー技術担当者との相談窓口
• 建機メーカーからの提案等に対して、同社案の提示
• 管理職への各種報告

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 技術サポート業務 3年以上
• 小型整地系建機の操作経験
• ソフトウエア（各種ソフトウエア操作、データーログ取得等）のご経験をお持ちの方
• 小型整地系車両免許（日本国内）
• 自動車運転免許

• 機械図面、電気図面、油圧図面への理解力（機械（CAD(2D、3D)、油圧）、電気（配線）に関する知識など）
