Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Offering expertise to address business challenges as a ServiceNow specialist.
• Working with the stakeholders to implement best SaaS practices.
• Crafting proposals for upcoming phases and executing ongoing enhancements for client firms.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years building, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions in consulting firms or SIer.
• Leadership experience, managing projects and offshore teams (3-10 members).
• Strong communication with clients and internal/external organizations.
• Excellent Japanese communication and presentation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Those looking to advance from ServiceNow maintenance to upstream roles.
• Possession of ServiceNow or ITIL certifications.
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600+) for reading and writing.
