Responsibilities

業務内容：

• プロセス改革係（係長）として、社員３名＋オンサイト５名のマネジメント
• バイオDynamics CRMのIT担当として、開発、運用保守担当
• GAIA及びGRAND IT会計のIT担当として、開発統制、運用保守担当
• Minerva-IVDプロジェクト、CRM領域、及び拡張基盤領域リーダを担当
• WEMEXプロジェクト上記同等の役割予定
• 一日の業務イメージ
  • 導入プロジェクト期間中は、各担当領域のワークグループセッション参加、各種会議体参加などをしながらプロジェクトを推進し、空き時間でプロジェクト作業、運用作業を行うことが多いです。
  • グループセッション、各種定例会は参加者も幅広く日程調整が難しい場合が多い為、個人の予定より優先的に参加を行い、個人作業はその空き時間で進めるようなイメージになります。
  • ピーク時は一日中何かしらの会議参加しているような日もあります。

Requirements

必須要件：

• ERPシステム開発またはプロセス改善経験（目安5年以上）
• プロジェクトマネージャやそれに準じる経験

歓迎要件：

• CRM、販売、会計などの領域経験
• メーカー、ヘルスケア業界、BtoB業界経験
• SIerでの業務経験
