Responsibilities

• 目指す業務プロセスと現状のギャップを明らかにし課題抽出、解決策を盛り込んだ新たな業務プロセスを設計
• 設計したプロセスでのスピード、精度向上に向けて、要求仕様を明確化したシステム化（国内、海外全てのサプライチェーンがプロセス改革の対象）
• サプライチェーンにおけるプロセス改革では、事業部門（製品分野別ビジネスユニット）、各職能（営業、調達、情報など）と密接な連携を取りながら業務を推進（事業部門、各職能とプロジェクト体制を構築して活動することも多く、そのプロジェクトをリードする立場）
• インフォテインメントシステムズ事業部は最大の事業部であるため、全社活動をリードする場合もあり 

Requirements

• 電子機器に関する営業、生産管理、調達等、サプライチェーンに関わる業務経験
• 全社レベルもしくはそれに準ずる大規模のプロジェクト推進経験
• 業務上の会議推進、議論可能な英会話能力
