- Responsibilities

Japan is the largest country (in terms of # of user) using CRM system in the company. To provide sustainable services on CRM and driving customer journey through the digital additional manager specialized in CRM is required.
As the CRM Manager at DBT department, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our customer relationship management efforts, particularly in the context of our primary CRM platform in Japan. With a focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving sustainable growth, you will lead the charge in optimizing CRM processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and extending our services to the medical community.
Main responsibilities:- Be Business Process Owner of Workflow in primary CRM platform to Maintain Data Quality
- Take ownership of the CRM workflow within the platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust data quality standards.
- Monitor data inputs, perform regular audits, and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain a high level of data quality.
- Initiate System / Operational Improvement of CRM
- Identify areas for improvement in CRM systems and operations.
- Work closely with IT teams and external partners to implement enhancements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and increase CRM efficiency.
- Implementation of CRM Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Leverage data insights to create personalized customer journeys and communication plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Extended Service Scope to Medical
- Collaborate with the medical team to extend CRM services to the medical community.
- Identify key touchpoints and engagement opportunities within the medical field.
- Foster strong relationships with medical professionals to enhance our CRM offerings.

Minimum requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, and strong understanding of CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
