Responsibilities

知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現するセンシング機能における技術開発。他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなども行って頂きます。
業務内容：

• 機械学習、ディープラーニング等のAI技術を活用した認識技術開発
• AI認識アルゴリズムのソフトウエア設計・実装（枝刈り、量子化、蒸留、組み込みECUへの実装）
• 開発ツール等
  • 言語：C、C++、Python
  • OS：QNX、Linux
  • AIツール：Pytorch、TensorFlow、MLflow、MetaflowCaffe、Chainer、 等
  • クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、Azure、GCP、Docker、Git、Kubernetes 等

Requirements

必須要件：

• 機械学習を用いた認識技術の研究・開発経験（いずれか3年以上）
  • センシングソフトウェア
  • 画像認識/物体検知アルゴリズム
  • センサ信号からの物体識別アルゴリズム
  • センサーフュージョンアルゴリズム
  • AIモデル最適化
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎要件：

• 自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験（経験3年以上）
• 大規模システムの開発経験（経験3年以上）
• カメラ、レーダー、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験
• GDPR 等プライバシーポリシーに関する知識・開発経験
• Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験

※モビリティ業界の経験は必ずしも不問
