Responsibilities

業務内容：

• プロジェクトに対する法務サポート業務
• M＆A及びファイナンス関連の法務業務（DD、ドキュメンテーションなど）
• グループ会社への法務業務提供
• コンプライアンス・ガバナンス関連業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 契約書審査業務経験（和文・英文両方）
• 企業法務経験、または、法律事務所にて企業法務案件担当経験
• 英語力（読み・書き・会話）
• コミュニケーション能力
