Responsibilities

• お客様企業やパートナー企業への協創活動の提案
• オンライン/対面ワークショップによる、関係者の理解醸成・合意形成
• 開発プロジェクトおよび開発チームのマネジメント（コードレビュー等品質チェックを含む）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 技術リーダとしての組織マネジメントやPJマネジメントの経験
• 顧客・市場ニーズに即した新技術に対する学習意欲（パブリッククラウド、VR、AI等）
• システム開発・アプリケーション開発・アーキテクチャ設計いずれか8年以上の経験
• 日本語と英語によるコミュニケーション能力を有し、ファシリテーション、プレゼンテーション、ライティングなどが可能（TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上）
