Company overview

We are a university-originated venture company in the field of chemistry. Our main activities include research, development, sales, and maintenance of on-site ammonia supply systems, as well as research, development, manufacturing, and sales of ammonia synthesis catalysts and related products. We possess the world's first technology for synthesizing ammonia, originating from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, which has revolutionized the concept of ammonia synthesis technology, which has been in existence for over 100 years. We have raised approximately 6 billion yen in total funding, making us one of the top startups in Japan in terms of fundraising from various venture capital firms and major corporations, and we are aiming for an IPO.

Responsibilities

同社が保有する新技術に関する国内外のプロジェクトマネジメント業務をお任せいたします。

この新技術は、世界に通用するポテンシャルを秘めており、スタートアップを数年間で売上数百億円規模に成長させる重要なポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容：

• 与えられたプロジェクトの管理
• 予算管理
• 工数管理
• スケジュール管理
• 顧客要求値の達成

 

Requirements

■必須条件：以下いずれか

• プラントの設計経験（プロセス・配管・機械・電計等）
• プラントエンジニアリング企業・メーカー（化学製品、素材、機器）・エネルギー企業・設計コンサルタント・デベロッパー等でのプロジェクト管理経験（プロジェクト内容は問わず、提案作成・工数管理・予算管理・顧客対応等）
• 上記企業等での施工管理経験（建設工事の計画作成・現場工事遂行、工事リスク分析、サブコントラクト等）

※プロジェクト経験不問。異業界出身者・設計出身者等、多様なバックグラウンドをもった社員が活躍中
