Responsibilities

• リモートマネジメント（遠隔監視）製品の技術サポート
• 販売代理店向けトレーニング
• 上記を実行するための製品責任部署（ベルギー）との連携（問い合わせ、打ち合わせ、交渉）
• 国内営業と連携した客先プロモート

Requirements

必須

• 製造業、産業機器市場における実務・顧客対応経験
• ITシステム構築（ネットワーク設定・管理、VPN構築など）に関する経験
• LAN、WAN、TCP/IP、通信プロトコルに関する知識
• 英語力
• 技術資料、マニュアルの理解
• email、電話、会議におけるコミュニケーション
• TOEIC 600以上

可能であれば

• 産業機器（PLCなど）による制御システム構築経験
• リモートマネジメントシステム構築経験
• 顧客向けセミナー、トレーニングなどの企画、実行経験
