Responsibilities

• 製品の機構設計・開発業務の他に、機構部品の選定や評価、製品の機構面での評価および海外規格対応作業など、機構技術者としてご自身が関わる製品において、実務の中心的メンバーとして自発的かつ責任感を持ってやり遂げることが期待されます。
• 今までの経験とスキルに応じて開発リーダー業務も担当して頂きます。 
• 出張頻度： 国内：1回/年、海外：0回/年 

Requirements

• 大卒以上（専攻：機械工学系)
• 機構設計の業務経験（10年以上）とリーダー経験(3年以上)
• 熱力学、材料力学、製図基本などの基本的知識、機械要素など部品知識や加工方法の知識
• 機構設計CAD(2D/3D)、熱設計、強度設計、モールド設計、温度上昇・振動・衝撃試験、材料/機構部品選定、などの経験を活かした機構設計スキルと実行力
• メンバーの指導・育成・支援の実施

歓迎条件:

• エッジソリューション統括部の製品売上は海外比率も高いことと、生産工場も海外であるため、英語力やコミュニケーション力についても必要になります。
• 開発する製品の多くは海外規格取得が求められるため、機構設計を行う上で、安全規格やEMC規格などの規格適合に必要な設計・評価の経験や知識をお持ちの方は即戦力として期待されます。
• 生産プロセスなどの予備知識もあるとなおよいです。
