Responsibilities

• EPS実設計を担当している当社海外拠点（インド、ベトナム）と日系OEMとの間に立ち、マネージャーとしてプロジェクト推進していただきます。
• 具体的には、電気ユニット（ECU）における顧客要求を満たす性能を担保するためEPSの構造や機能課題を分析していただきます。いつまでにどう修正していくかアウトラインを引き各担当者を巻き込んで業務調整いただきます。また海外拠点に対するLeadingも発生致します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• マネジメント能力

• EPS構造知識、モータ知識、FTA・FMEA、リーダーシップスキル
