Responsibilities

• 海外M&Aに関連する税務
• クロスボーダーの組織再編に係る税務
• 移転価格税制対応
• その他の海外税務個別論点取りまとめ　等
• 法人税申告業務は外部へ委託しておりますが、将来的にご担当していただく可能性がございます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国際税務に関する実務経験、知識

歓迎条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 税理士資格保有者
• 移転価格／組織再編／M&A関連の実務経験
• 税務申告実務経験
