Responsibilities

ITコンサルタント、プロジェクトマネージャーもしくはリーダーの立場で、Salesforceソリューションを中心に、顧客ビジネスのデジタル化を推進する仕組みを提案、構築、利用促進を行います。具体的には下記の業務をお任せします。
業務内容：

• 顧客のビジネス上の課題を整理し、ITシステム導入による解決策を提案するITコンサルタント/ITディレクター業務。
• Salesforce導入を顧客と共に実現するプロジェクトマネジメント業務。
• オフショアを含むSalesforce技術に長けた開発パートナーのマネジメント業務。
• Salesforce導入後の追加機能の提案、カスタマーサクセス業務。
• ご経験に応じ、選考を通じて配属決定いたします。入社後はOJTで徐々に業務にキャッチアップいただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• システムエンジニアとして以下のいずれかを満たすご経験をお持ちの方
  • Salesforceの各ソリューションを活用したシステム構築業務経験／1年以上
  • 顧客との直接コミュニケーションを通じて、ITシステムの全体構想あるいは要件定義を執筆した経験／2年以上
