Responsibilities

• TSチームマネージメント・他チームとの連携    
• TSエンジニアのオフサイトベースの技術サポート、オンサイト含む技術サポート  
• 年間計画立案、実行管理、課題対策、部下育成・採用など  
• 新たな活動の企画、実行  
  • 海外本社Global TSとの連携（共通システム立ち上げ、新規Globalアクティビティ参画など）  
  • 製品プリ・セールスの実行（営業との連携）  
• 安全通信プロトコル対応製品
• ネットワーク診断製品  
  • 製品開発部署との技術観点での連携、製品管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• チーム管理、プロジェクト管理などのリーダー経験
• 産業機器の開発、産業システムの実装・管理経験。もしくは、これらの機器・システムのサポート経験。
• 通信プロトコルに関する知識（仕様理解、パケット確認可能レベル）
• 技術観点からの顧客提案、顧客要望分析が行える
• 英語

• 機能安全規格、安全通信プロトコルに関する知識
• 顧客向けセミナー、トレーニングを企画、実行できる能力
