Responsibilities

業務内容：

• リテール業界をターゲットとした事業開発テーマのリーダーとして新規事業の開発を推進していただきます。
• 事業のステージは0→1もしくは1→10フェーズの事業開発がメインとなります。
• ご自身でプロジェクトを遂行をするだけでなく、グループメンバおよび組織内外の方々をリードしながらチーム一体となって事業開発に取り組んでいただきます。
• 自社内製のみならず、海外を含む他企業とのアライアンスを含むさまざまなパートナと事業開発を推進しています。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 新規事業企画もしくは具体的な立ち上げ経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（1年以上のプロジェクト経験、もしくは複数案件における実務経験）
• チームメンバーと連携し、主体性を持って行動できる自律性
