Responsibilities

• グローバル全社における安全衛生・保安防災の仕組みづくりや管理レベル向上、対策立案や是正フォローなどの企画推進およびメンバーマネジメントをご担当いただきます。
• 国内外工場の安全特化型プロジェクトの企画推進（今後海外へ積極展開予定）
• 労働安全衛生や環境マネジメントシステムの運用管理および全社統合管理ルールの策定・整備
• 安全衛生委員会や保安防災管理委員会のリード（資料準備やプレゼン）
• 労災ゼロに向けた安全特化型プロジェクトや化学物質一元管理、自転車実走等の事務局リード
• 国内外各拠点の中心となりリスク低減活動の企画推進
• 労働災害防止、環境管理、法令遵守など活動の企画・展開、安全教育企画

Requirements

下記いずれも満たす方:

• 製造業での安全衛生、防火防災、環境保全などの業務経験
• メンバーマネジメントのご経験（5名以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC750点以上） 

歓迎条件:

• メーカーあるいは、プラントエンジニアリング会社における上記の業務経験
• 第一種・第二種衛生管理、衛生管理者、防災士の資格保有者
