The group operates as a global organization providing worldwide management consulting and advisory services, primarily in areas such as corporate strategy formulation, financial advice, tax services, audit, and risk management. Leveraging our network, we offer comprehensive and specialized support to clients. Additionally, we promptly respond to industry trends and regulatory changes, contributing to the success of our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities

• インダストリ活動：
  • 業界のインダストリ単位での活動支援。インダストリーリーダーの右腕として、担当業界における同社のプレゼンスを高める営業戦略の企画推進や、対外発信の企画推進を実施
• アカウントマネジメント：
  • 注力顧客を担当するパートナーを助け、アカウント戦略/アカウントプランの策定・実行支援、パイプライン・実績の管理、クライアントフィードバック管理、リレーション構築支援等を実施
• グローバル連携：
  • グローバルチームとの情報の共有、およびグローバルがリードする活動の日本での実行、さらに日本発でのナレッジによる海外でのビジネス拡大支援

Requirements

必要条件：

• 製造業界での就業経験、もしくはサービス提供のご経験（営業企画・経営企画のご経験がある方） 
• 経営全般に関する知見（MBA含む） 
• 国内外ネットワーク構築能力 
• ビジネスレベル英語力  

歓迎条件：

• 経営企画・国際企画等 
• 同社の経営課題に関して所管業務として対応したご経験 
• チームリーダーもしくは管理職の経験 
• ネットワーク構築能力
  • インダストリ、およびアカウントの運営のために、各法人との連携は必須
