Responsibilities

業務内容：

• グループ各業態よりデザイン依頼があった際のヒアリングおよびディスカッション
• チェーン展開する店舗のデザイン作成(図面・3Dパース・マテリアルボード等)
• 外部デザイン会社や設計事務所へのディレクション
• 社内へのプレゼンテーション
• 設計実務者へのディレクション
• 実施店舗への標準デザインマニュアル作成および管理

Requirements

必須要件：

• 最終学歴：大学院、大学卒以上
• 店舗デザイン経験（実務2年以上）
• ソフト使用スキル、ポートフォリオで判断
• 柔軟なコミュニケーションがとれる方
• CAD、3Dソフト、レンダリングソフト、Photoshop、Illustratorの操作知識
• 建築物に関するデザイン経験
• Microsoft officeの操作知識
