Responsibilities

■職務内容：

• 営業とのDX推進　
• デジタル人材育成　
• 同社DX戦略の策定、対外発信
• データ分析・活用  

※キャリアや志望により応相談

■キャリアプラン：

短期的には業務内容の担当もしくは、チームリーダーとしての登用。

中期的には、管理職または高度専門職としての登用。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• エンジニアとして、DXまたはシステム開発の上流工程
• DXに関するプロジェクト計画書、RFI/RFPを自ら作成できる方
• TOEIC730点以上

■歓迎条件：

• コンサルタント、ユーザー企業のDX推進部隊、システムインテグレーター、データ分析ビジネスなどのご経験
