Responsibilities
We are promoting Project "FOCUS" with the aim of increasing productivity by standardizing data and optimizing business processes on a global level. You will be responsible for the standardization of business processes in the production area on a global level. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks
 Main responsibilities:
  • Supervise standardization activities
  • Gather, review, document as-is business processes for all regions in scope
  • Map with SAP S4 related module best-practice processes, compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice 
  • Get approvals to exceptions (customizations) to standard processes and best practice from GBPL and BTC, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the best practice or minimize customization to the absolute minimum require
  • Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools.
  • Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
  • Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements through S4/HANA
  • Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Experience of Global SAP implementation Project as business side.
  • Experience of business processes and data model implemented at global company within Business Function scope in master data esp material and BP master data
  • Experience with best practice business processes and data model related to SAP S4/HANA scope
  • Experience in driving best practice and standard adoption on programs in master data esp material and BP master data
  • More than 3 years of production planning 
  • English (Business Level Above)
  • Has strong motivation for innovation / change
