Responsibilities

• ドイツの開発会社との海外共同プロジェクトの日本側開発サブリーダとしてご活躍いただきます。
• ドイツの開発会社の製品（オムニチャネル／POSシステム）の日本向けローカライゼーションプロジェクトの日本側開発サブリーダとして、日本企業における課題を捉えた日本要件をドイツの開発会社に伝え、日本マーケットで競争力のあるオファリングをリリース
• 上記オファリングの日本への展開による当社シェア拡大

Requirements

• リテールの業種ノウハウ（POSシステムの業種ノウハウがあれば尚可）
• 開発リーダー／サブリーダーとしてオファリング開発／導入プロジェクトの上流工程から下流工程までの経験
• コミュニケーションスキルとリーダーシップ（お客様（今回の場合は、ドイツの開発会社）や社内外関係者とプロアクティブに連携し、課題解決に向けて行動する） 

歓迎条件:

• 海外の開発プロジェクト経験
• オファリング提供（企画～リリース）のリーダ経験
• Java開発経験
