Responsibilities

• CFO支援/財務戦略検討
• グループ会計基盤強化/グループ会計標準化
• リスクマネジメント・内部統制/不正検知
• グループ経営管理/連結業績管理
• 業績評価制度改革・KPI/KGI策定
• 予算管理/原価管理制度改革
• 設備投資/固定資産管理改革
• 会計制度変更対応/IFRS対応
• 決算早期化/効率化・BPR
• 業務プロセス/ルール標準化
• 財務/経理部門組織改革・SSC/BPO対応
• 移転価格/BEPS対応

Requirements

• 上記の職務内容の何れか（または複数）に関する知識や経験
• (コンサルティング経験のみならず業務担当者／企画担当者等の立場での経験も可)
• 基本的な会計、経営管理に関する知見

歓迎条件：

• 財務会計・管理会計実務経験者、会計監査実務経験者
• 会計系システム(SAP、Oracle等)導入における企画構想業務・プロセス改革・構築/定着化の経験者
• 情報系システム導入における企画構想業務プロセス改革・構築/定着化の経験者
