所属いただくチームは、全世界12万人の従業員が安全且つ快適に利用できる環境の提供、疑問や困り事を即解決するITサービスの提供、従業員の働き方改革を推進するチームです。
その中で、ID管理基盤/デバイス管理基盤/コミュニケーション基盤など、コーポレートインフラの刷新と維持運用、コミュニケーション観点での働き方改革(全従業員が同じ情報をみて連動して働く)をリード頂く方を募集しています。

■職務内容：
コーポレートインフラエンジニアとして、以下の業務に従事頂きます。
・グローバル統一のID管理基盤のアーキテクチャ見直し/運用
・グローバルで様々な業務で利用されているデバイスの設計/検証/導入/管理
・コミュニケーションツールを駆使した働き方改革(全従業員が同じ情報をみて連動して働くことの実現)

■Responsibilities：
・ Improve architecture and maintenance of globally standard ID management platform
・ Design / Verification / Deployment / Management of devices used in various businesses globally
・ Work style Transformation that make full use of communication tools (Realize all employees see the same information and collaborate)

Requirements

■必要な経験・スキル・能力：
・3年以上のインフラ実務経験(提案/構築/運用)

■歓迎する経験・スキル・能力：
・大規模なインフラ構築/運用経験
・多数のステークホルダーがいるプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・Microsoft関連ソリューションの提案/構築/運用経験(AzureAD/AD/M365など)
・クライアントPC管理関連ソリューションの提案/構築/運用経験(WindowsPC/Mac/iOS/Android/VDIなど)
・デバイス管理関連ソリューションの提案/構築/運用経験(Intune/SCCM/Autopilot/Airwatch/Jamfなど)
・働き方改革の提案/実践、コミュニケーションツール基盤の構築/運用経験(GoogleWorkspace/M365など)
・TOEIC 700以上もしくは、業務で英語を使った会話・読み書きが可能
　※語学力が満たない場合でも今後数年間で語学力を向上する意思がある方であれば是非ご応募ください。

■Minimum Qualifications：
・Proven 3 years or more experience of infrastructure(Proposal / Development / Maintenance)

■Preferred Qualifications：
・ Experience of Large-scale infrastructure(Development / Maintenance)
・ Experience of managing projects with many stakeholders
・ Experience of Microsoft solutions (AzureAD / AD / M365 etc)
・ Experience of Client PC management solutions (WindowsPC / Mac / iOS / Android / VDI etc)
・ Experience of Device management solutions (Intune / SCCM / Autopilot / Airwatch / Jamf etc)
・ Experience of Proposal and Execution of workstyle transformation
・ Experience of Communication tools management (Google Workspaces / M365 etc)
・ TOEIC 700 or above, or conversation / reading / writing using English for business

6.24 - 14.94 million yen
