Responsibilities

ファシリティマネージャーとして以下業務のマネジメントを頂きます。

• 同社FM全体の戦略立案
• ファシリティに関する重要タスクの企画管理
• FM基盤となる「予算・情報・標準・人材」の整備

Requirements

必要経験:

• 一級建築士
• 大規模建築物の設計監理の経験が5年以上
• 管理職経験が3年以上
• TOEIC700点以上
