Responsibilities

• ビジネス戦略計画の作成 ・お客様への新技術の紹介
• お客様の要求事項への対応と各事業所
• 各部門への展開
• 新規車種のコンペ情報収集、見積回答
• 開発製品変動のコストトラッキングと見積反映
• 社内の開発部門、品質部門などとの情報連携
• 事業所（生産工場）と一体のプロジェクト推進
• オートリブの各拠点と連携した各種営業活動 等

※グローバル社内の各拠点とのやり取りではオンライン会議（英語）が多く発生します。

Requirements

 必須条件:  

• BtoBでの営業経験（3年以上）

※業界未経験歓迎

• 普通自動車運転免許
• 日本語ネイティブレベルのJOEM顧客コミュニケーション能力
• 日本のお客様との交渉経験
• 英語ビジネスコミュニケーション（電話・メール・会議・プレゼン・交渉）経験 

歓迎条件:  

• 海外留学または駐在経験
• 自動車関連業界でOEM営業の経験
