Responsibilities

ディープラーニングに代表される機械学習を用いた生成AIアルゴリズムの研究開発を行います。

• 研究開発エンジニア（生成AI領域）
• 映像生成や行動生成での新規アルゴリズム開発、及び、ソフトウェアによる検証／実装／ライブラリ化
• 主に顔や人の映像生成やロボット／ゲーム／アニメーション向け行動生成をタスクとして商品貢献のできるレベルの技術を担当していただきます。
• 生成におけるResponsible AIとして公平性やAI倫理も取り扱います。
• R&Dの関連部署や海外の研究所、事業部との連携も多くあります。
• エンタテイメントや金融、スポーツ解析等幅広いビジネスを持つ当社ならではのデータを利用したAI解析・生成の取り扱いもあります。

Requirements

• 3年以上（大学での研究を含む）のAI・機械学習分野での研究開発経験。
• 研究/基礎的な新しいアルゴリズム開発等コア部分における顕著な実績/成果。
• ディープラーニングフレームワークへの深い理解(TensorFlow/PyTorch/nnabla)
• ソフトウェアコーディングスキル(Python, C++等)
• 英語の論文や講演からの情報収集や、海外の研究者と研究を進めるために必要な会話ができるレベル
