Responsibilities

• 低中分子探索研究プロジェクトにおける化合物最適化研究のリーダー
• プロジェクト内における合成担当者、共同研究等のマネジメント
• 新規テーマ、創薬基盤技術等の調査・提案
• 創薬プロジェクトに関わる社内外関係者との連携

Requirements

• 製薬企業あるいは公的研究機関にて創薬プロジェクトの化合物最適化経験（3年以上）。
• 有機合成化学あるいはケミカルバイオロジーの分野で博士学位。

歓迎条件：

• 英語で科学的な議論を実施できる。（例）英語論文を書いた経験、海外の研究所へ留学経験、英語にて学会発表した経験あるいは研究室内の公用語が英語である経験等があれば好ましい。
