Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Travel & Entertainment Expense Report

• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving.
• Validate vendor information and data in accordance with our supplier management policy.
• Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
• Provide guidance to other departments about the Travel and Entertainment policies and procedures.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions

Operational Accounting

• Working with Finance Manager to quickly flag discrepancies, resolve open issues in a timely manner, and understand fluctuations in balances.
• This includes gaining an understanding of the underlying business transactions that influence the reconciliation and working with many departments.
• Assist as needed for both internal and external audit reviews.
• Analysis includes working with departments within the organization, to gather information necessary for complete and accurate monthly financial reporting; identifying changes in the business that may impact accounting methods and processes.

Requirements

Education

• University Degrees in Economics /Finance/ Business major, CPA/Certified Tax Accountant preferable

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to process a high volume of data with accuracy and meet various deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail Oriented
• Good communication skills are a must
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
• TOEIC 730 level required for those who have only domestic company experience.
