Responsibilities

自動化、電動化、コネクテッドカーの増加に伴い複雑化が進む車両電子システム、また、それらの基盤となるソフトウェアプラットフォーム内製化を共に行う仲間の募集です。
セントラルECU(統合ECU)、高度先進安全運転支援システム、自動運転システム用ECU、電動車、コネクティッドにおける

• AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classicをベースとしたソフトウェアプラットフォームの要求仕様策定、設計、実装、評価
• 新価値サービスプラットフォームの戦略立案、設計(詳細設計含む)、実装、評価
• 内製ソフトウェア開発用の開発環境の構築

Requirements

以下いずれかの知識・経験をお持ちの方：

• 組込みソフトウェアの開発経験
• 通信に関する知識（4G/5G/LTE/Bluetooth/Ethernet/NFC/Wi-Fi/ETC2.0/CAN 等）
• ネットワーク・サーバー等の設計・構築業務
• AUTOSAR対応ソフトウェアの開発経験
• セキュリティに関する知見
• CICD環境構築の経験

上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル：

• 機能安全（ISO26262）、サイバーセキュリティ（ISO21434）に関する知識
• オブジェクト指向開発（SysML、UML）、要求分析、システムアーキ設計の経験
• Agile開発の経験、スクラムマスターの経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 大規模システムの開発経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験
• システムズエンジニアリング・モデルベース開発に関する知識・経験
• 人工知能に関する知識・開発経験
