Responsibilities

• 社会と顧客の課題解決のために顧客への提案活動等の対話を通して顧客が抱える課題を発見し、社内リソースを活用して顧客の課題を提案する活動が受注前活動の中心となります。
• 提案にあたっては競合他社・市場の動向、顧客ニーズ、最新の技術動向等を踏まえ社内の設計や営業と調整の上、提案内容をまとめ上げてます。
• 受注案件においては社内業務規準に準じてプロジェクト活動の推進、管理、報告を行います。

• 困難な状況でも前向きであること
• 人とのコミュニケーション能力が高いこと
• チームとして仕事する価値観をもっていること

以下のいずれかの経験:

• 社会インフラ関係の営業企画の経験
• プロジェクト取りまとめ経験（建設系／機械系だとなお可）
• プラントエンジニアリングの経験

歓迎条件:

• 技術士／技術士補（原子力）／米国Professional　Engineer（PE）
• PMP／PMS（PMBOKによるプロジェクトマネジメント手法の習得）または同等の知識
• 原子力分野以外の一般産業分野（情報系など）のプロジェクト経験
